Scout Night at the Ballpark.

Pack 131 heads to Day Air Ballpark on Friday, July 24, 2026 for a Dayton Dragons game — march in the pregame Scout parade and (optionally) camp overnight on the outfield.

How to purchase tickets

The current plan is to submit one ticket order as a group (please send money to our Pack venmo account by 1 June). If you want to purchase on your own, follow the steps below to secure your spot. Be sure to include the camping add-on at check-out if you plan to camp!

Visit the ticket site

Click the "Get tickets" button above or go to the Dayton Dragons Scout Night page.

Select the council

Select Tecumseh Council to unlock the Scout Night ticket block and pricing.

We are attending the game on 24 July.

Choose game-only ($14) or game + camp ($25) for each attendee.

Pick your seats

Section 202, Row 5, has the most seats still available.

Parking

Where to park

The Dragons feature several lots around Day Air Ballpark. Metered street parking is free after 6 PM and on weekends. Heads up — the CareSource Parking Garage doesn't open until 5:45 PM for a 7:05 PM game.

Itinerary

Game-day schedule

Arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone through the gates together. If your Scout wants to walk in the parade, please be at the right field corner by 6:10 PM.

  1. 6:00 PM
    Gates open
    Pick up tickets at will-call and find your seats.
  2. 6:10 PM
    Arrive for the Scout parade
    Meet at the right field corner if your Scout would like to march in the pregame parade.
  3. 6:15 PM
    Pregame Scout parade
    Scouts walk on the warning track around the field — wear your Class B shirt!
  4. 7:05 PM
    First pitch
    Dayton Dragons take the field — play ball!
  5. Post-game
    Optional: Stay & camp on the field
    Families who signed up for the camping add-on stay overnight on the outfield. Bring your sleeping gear (see packing list).
What to Bring

Pack light — it's a ballgame

Wear your Scout t-shirt ( Class B). Families staying for the on-field camping — leave your gear in your vehicle; you'll retrieve it after the game.

At the Game

  • Class B / Scout t-shirt
  • Ball cap & sunscreen
  • Light jacket for after sunset
  • Cash for concessions (optional)
  • Baseball glove (optional, for foul balls!)

Camping Add-On (Sleeping)

  • Sleeping bag
  • Sleeping pad or cot (no electric)
  • Pillow
  • Small ground tarp
  • Tent

Personal Essentials

  • Toothbrush & toiletries (morning bathrooms available)
  • Change of clothes for the morning
  • Any prescription medications
  • Scout Night waiver form (available here)

After the game

  • Everyone leaves the stadium to retrieve your camping gear
  • Line back up outside the main entrance while the stadium is cleaned (~1 hour)
  • Gates will re-open (have your tickets and waivers available)
  • Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed to be brought in at this time
